Brazilian mandolins are especially found in solo playing. Bandolins have become popular mainly through musicians like Jacob do Bandolim and have their established place in many Brazilian music styles. Unlike the classic 8-string bandolims, this model has 10 strings. Brazilian mandolins have a flat, drop-shaped body (compared to Italian mandolins, for example, which have a round body or the American mandolin, which is built like a guitar with a convex top). The processed materials are of high quality, the solid wood top provides particularly brilliant sounds.

The most common instrument is probably the acoustic guitar. No matter if traditional 6-string guitar or like preferred in Samba and Choro with 7 strings, ROZINI has the righ instruments.

ROZINI was born as a result of an association of various luthiers and is nowadays one of the largest and renowned producers of stringed instruments of Brazil. The instruments are handmade in serie-production in São Paulo.

Ich muss das Instrument durch einen Gitarrenbauer nachbearbeiten lassen. Die Brasiianer haben offenbar hartere Fingerkuppen und deutlich mehr Kraft besonders bei C# bis E# der Abstand zwischen Saiten und Bünden ist dort zu groß.
