Das Caxixi kann leicht mit anderen Instrumenten kombiniert werden, wie z.B. mit der Bateria, mit Congas, Bongôs usw. Es erzeugt Swing und bringt musikalisch ganz besondere Noten in ein Ensemble. So klein und unscheinbar das Caxixi ist, ist es doch eine Herausforderung und birgt eine große Vielfalt an Rhythmen und authentisch brasilianischem Swing, der nicht zu überhören ist.
