The belts to carry are in a wrong position
Hello, thank you for your feedback! I'm sorry to hear you aren't happy with the comfort of our surdo bag. Large surdos are always quite tricky to carry, especially the short ones with large diameters like yours or for people new to carrying a large surdo around. In the early years of our bags, we originally had the straps 90° turned so the surdo would sit in your back not upright but horizontally. We got so many complaints that we had to change the design. Try adjusting the straps to a length that allows the surdo to sit either high between your sholders or on your lower back - whatever you find is the most comfortable position for you. Très bonne qualité, la housse s'adapte bien à l'instrument, les poches sont très grandes et pratiques, on peut y ranger les mailloches et tout autre matériel nécessaire à une prestation.

Produkt wie abgebildet, passt gut. Ich habe ein Größe größer genommen wegen beinschutz und meiner Tasche an der Trommel. Passt somit perfekt. Verarbeitung top.

Trotz der Grösse sehr leicht und dennoch ist die Trommel sehr gut geschützt. Völlig ausreichend zum Transport von Trommeln. Es muss nicht immer das teure Original sein.
