A high-quality and lightweight strap with a wide range of functions! even weight distributionavailable in individual sizesmore stability especially when moving aroundflexible adjustability: the harness system can be adjusted to any body shape and sizeunrestricted chest space when playing (more playing comfort especially for the ladies, and you can still see the band logo on your T-shirt!)made of quality materialsEspecially suitable for:Surdos, timbals but also for snares and repiniques. Besides Samba instruments, you can also use the harness for djembés.Take your time to adjust the strap:The strap has to be adjusted when you put it on for the first time and occasionally readjusted. The shoulder straps, the hip belt and the back diamond should fit comfortably when under load and should not be too tight. Once the harness is adjusted, your samba fun is unstoppable.Finding the right size:MAX harness sizes are unisex, following the US standard S-XXL.The basis is the body length for a normal slim figure:S: 1.50 to 1.60 cmM-L: 1.60 to 1.75 cmXL: 1.80 to 1.90 cmXXL: 1.90 cm or largerHowever, the straps must also grow in width, they do not only refer to body length.Examples:S: 1.60 cm but a bit curvier: M-LM-L: 1.62 cm but very slim: SM-L: 1.68 cm but slightly big: M-LM-L: 1.65 cm but quite big: XLM-L: 1.72 cm but somewhat big: XLXL: 1.85 cm but rather big: XXLXXL: 1.90 cm but rather big: XXXLNote for adult sizes:The breast circumference of the ladies does not play a role in the choice of size as the MAXGurt shoulder straps run down on both sides along the breast.A larger belly circumference also does not play a major role in the standard MAXGurt model, as the carabiner straps run along the side of it.Note for children's sizes:All straps of the harness can be shortened continuously, i.e. a size S can be made as small as needed. Any excess strap bits can be tucked away or flamed off.

MAX timbal strap
MAX-Strap harness system - special timbal strapThe Timba Special strap is equipped with smaller carabiners and rings (without extension strap and buckle). If having space around your chest is particularly important to you or you need to mind special body measurements, please use the standard modell MAX strap system Standard. This strap system is especially designed for carrying timbals; you can quickly attach and detach your timbal and still carry it safely, also during longer parades!1st Version - 1 attachment point:The strap is attached to only 1 tension hook. Pick any hook on your timbal, open it, pull it out a bit and thread the ring over it before putting the hook back where it was and tightening it up again. Now clip both carabiners to the ring and adjust the timbal to the playing height you like. The straps will now run straight down from your shoulders instead of sideways along the upper body. When you are moving, you can simply direct your timbal with your knees.2nd version - 2 attachment points:If you feel that your timbal is more comfortable or stable wearing it attached to two hooks instead of one and you prefer having more space around your chest area, simply attach the carabiners to 2 adjacent tension hooks.Note for special sizes:With 1 attachment point, the straps will run down over the chest. For ladies with a larger breast, we therefore recommend either to use 2 attachment points or to switch to the MaxGurt Standard harness instead. If you have a large belly, please note: The timbal should then hang higher so that you can play comfortably and the hip belt is long enough. All straps can be shortened continuously. This means that e.g. if you are a size M and have excess strap length that bothers you, you can either tuck the ends away or cut them off and flame them.
